Terms:

    2. MasterCard and Visa accepted. FlowersBulbs.com encourages most sales through our secure credit card encrypted online shopping.
    3. Wholesale customers may establish credit by using our secure online credit application. Net 30 days on all approved accounts or send payment with order prior to shipment. Finance charges of 2% per month is charged to past due accounts.

Discount Policy :

    1. FlowersBulbs.com uses volume pricing. Each product has 3 different prices for their respective volumes. All like products are also added up to give you these volume discounts (e.g. 100 units of one product and 100 units of another like product are added up during check out to give you the discounted price for 200 units).

Ordering:

    1. Secure Online Ordering – Your orders through FlowersBulbs.com are 100% secure. We use the latest in encryption technology, allowing you to safely use your credit card through our online shopping
    2. Order Early -- Many of our products are sold out prior to their actual production season, so order early to ensure adequate supply.
    3. Substitutions -- Because of the nature of the business, we do make bulb substitutions—either by size or variety to give our customers equal value. Please specify if you do not want substitutions.
    4. Shipping Date -- Be sure to specify when you would like your order to be delivered. We suggest a Thursday delivery for weddings on a Saturday. For Saturday delivery, we require an additional $10 shipping fee. Fresh Cut Flowers cannot be delivered on Sundays and Mondays.

Shipping Methods:

For every order, FlowersBulbs.com chooses the most reliable, economical shipping method so that your product arrives when it’s supposed to and in the condition it is supposed to.

    1. Most bulb orders are shipped using UPS ground service.
    2. International and very large wholesale bulb orders are shipped using commercial airfreight cargo.
    3. To ensure quality and freshness, fresh flowers are shipped using UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Express Overnight. Smaller quantities of flowers being shipped by overnight carriers can be quite expensive. See a listing of sample shipping prices
    4. Wholesale quantities of fresh cut flowers can be shipped using airfreight cargo. FlowersBulbs.com uses a variety of carriers depending on the destination. Airfreight shipments require that you pick them up from your closest airport with cargo service. We make airport deliveries on Wednesdays and Saturdays.


Scheduling Delivery:

Orders for immediate shipment: assuming product is in season, all orders must be placed by 5:00 pm PST to be shipped out the next day to arrive the following. We must harvest, process, and hydrate your flowers in order that they are 100% fresh and arrive to you in pristine condition.

Our normal delivery schedule is Tuesday through Friday. For Saturday delivery there is an additional $10 FedEx charge. Flowers cannot be delivered on Sunday and Monday.

Packaging:

Shipping flowers and bulbs across the country to arrive in fresh condition is our specialty, we guarantee it.

 

    1. Fresh cut flowers are professionally packed and shipped suitable to the demands that each individual flower requires. All flowers are delivered by overnight delivery or airfreight cargo using ice gel packs to ensure freshness. Refer to Flower Care section to receive information on ensuring the longest vase life as possible.

    2. Bulbs are delivered using cedar shavings as the packing material. Cedar shavings act as an absorbent for moisture and are thought to have antibiotic tendencies.

Handling Charges:

Because of the packing material required to ensure your order is shipped in perfect condition, handling charges are applied to many orders. Both shipping and handling charges will be forwarded to you with your order confirmation. See table below to identify handling charges that may be attached to your order.

 

Guarantee:

    1. FlowersBulbs.com guarantees that all items sold are true to name and are of commercial quality, and that they arrive in good shape and without defect, or your money back.
    2. Customer is responsible for inspection of all products received. Any damage must be reported to FlowersBulbs.com within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. No claims will be accepted after this time.
    3. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from FlowersBulbs.com, you may request a refund of the product(s) purchased. Refunds are limited to the amount of purchase and do not include shipping and box and handling charges.
    4. To report damage during shipment, shortages, or to request a refund, e-mail us at sales@flowersbulbs.com. Please include your name, address, city, state, phone number, and our order number that was given to you during your order submission. FlowersBulbs.com will reply to your request within 48 business-working hours.
    5. FlowersBulbs.com is not responsible for entry of wrong addresses or delivery delays due to extreme weather conditions.

 International Orders:

FlowersBulbs.com can accommodate most international orders for bulb orders, however we do not ship flowers internationally.

    1. You'll need to obtain an import permit through your Plant Import Division of your Dept. of Agriculture. Some countries do not require an import permit. We will need a copy of this permit to prepare a phytosanitary certificate in addition to export documentation.
    2. There is an additional export fee of $30.
    3. All international orders are shipped using Air Freight. You’ll have to clear your product through customs or hire an import broker to act in your behalf.
    4. Allow 4-8 weeks from the time of your order to actual shipping due to the processing of paperwork.
